Eligibility: Shoes can be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery, based on courier tracking.
Condition: Shoes must be unworn, in pristine condition, with no scuffs, stains, or abrasions. All original packaging, shoebox, tags, and dust bags must be included.
Exceptions: Custom-made shoes and items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

Provide your order number, name, contact details, and reason for return.
Our team will review your request within 3 business days and, if approved, send you a return authorization with instructions.

For non-defective returns, the customer covers the shipping cost.
For defective/damaged products, we cover return shipping.
